1. In short #
- The public website (lkdnautopilot.com) does not use cookies and does not load anything from third-party services: the fonts and images are served by our own website.
- The application (lkdnautopilot.com/app/), which is accessed after purchase, uses only the browser's local storage (localStorage) to remember the sign-in session. It does not use cookies, sessionStorage or any other storage.
- We do not use analytics, advertising, third-party tracking or profiling tools.
- For this reason we do not show a cookie banner: there is nothing to accept or refuse.
2. What is stored in your browser #

The public website stores nothing in your browser.
3. Why consent is not required #
Storing information on the user's terminal equipment, or accessing information already stored there, does not require consent when it is strictly necessary to provide a service explicitly requested by the user. This is provided for by Article 5, paragraph 3, of Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive), which applies to this service as transposed into Italian law, and the same principle applies under Law of the Republic of San Marino no. 171/2018. The local storage used for the sign-in session falls within this case: without it you could not stay signed in. The resulting processing of data is based on the performance of the contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
We do not use profiling cookies or third-party tracking tools.
4. Server logs #
Like every website, the server that delivers the pages technically records the IP address and the request data (date, page, browser). The servers belong to Hetzner Online GmbH, in Germany. These logs serve security and operation and are not used to profile you; they are kept for 12 months. See the privacy notice.
5. How to clear the local storage #
You can clear it from your browser settings, under site data or local storage for lkdnautopilot.com. If you do so, you will have to sign in again.
6. What would change if we added analytics tools #
Today we do not use analytics. If in the future we added a tool to measure visits:
- we will update this page and the privacy notice before activating it, stating the provider, the purpose, the data collected, the duration and the legal basis;
- if the tool uses neither cookies nor other identifiers and produces only aggregate statistics, we will say so; if instead it requires non-necessary cookies or identifiers, we will activate it only after your consent, through a banner with "accept" and "reject" options of equal prominence, and you will be able to change your mind at any time;
- we will not activate advertising or profiling cookies without consent.
